Excused Absence

L: "Did you see that picture of Mommy? With the flowers?"
Daddy: "Yup, I was there.  That's our wedding day!"
L: "Yeah, I wasn't there. I stayed home that day."

    I imagine it's because she was snowed in. Poor thing. Misses your wedding and school because of snow--that's just not fair.
